If “Notification of Receipt of Direct Debit Request Form” or your transaction statement shows a company name you don't recognize, it may indicate that the service provider uses a payment collection agency rather than billing you directly.
A payment collection agency is a company that submits account transfer (automatic withdrawal) requests to your bank on behalf of the service provider.
Some credit card companies also offer these collection services.

How to Verify

Review the company name shown in your transaction history, direct debit application records, or direct debit registration confirmation email.
Confirm whether the company name is related to a service you currently use, such as rent payments, credit card payments, or subscription services.
If you received an email or SMS notification, verify whether the same email address or phone number is shared with another family member.
If you still do not recognize the company name, please contact the company listed in your transaction history or application records, or the service provider with which you have a contract.
