Opening your account
It will take approximately 2-3 weeks to receive your cash card and PIN after you send the application form.
Please note that it may take longer during busy periods such as campaign periods when we receive more applications than usual.
Open an account by mail
If you visit one of our branches, it will be possible to open an account on the same day. However, your cash card will be sent by postal mail to your registered address in approximately 1 week. In addition, some branches are not available for account openings, please check the link below for applicable branches.

*Please note that your address must be confirmed by the local Post Office to ensure that your cash card and PIN are not returned due to an unknown address or other reasons.
