How do I change my address and/or my phone number ?

Please update via PowerDirect(Internet banking)

After logging in, please follow the instructions below:

1) Click [Registered Information] menu
2) Select [Change Name/Address/Phone number]
3) Complete authentication by smartphone app, SMS, or Phone call
4) Please tick the items you would like to change, input your full address including postal code and/or new phone number.

The procedure will be completed in a few business days.
