After logging in, please follow the instruction below:

1) Click [Registered Information] menuPlease update via Power Direct

After logging in, please follow the instruction below:

1) Click [Registered Information] menu
2) Select [Change Name/Address/Phone number]
3) Complete authentication by smartphone app, SMS, or Phone call
4) Please tick the items you would like to change, input your full address including postal code and/or new phone number.

The procedure will be completed in approximately 2 business days.

If you have changed your phone number and do not have the old phone any longer, please contact us via Call Back Reservation Form. 2) Select [Change Name/Address/Phone number]
