Yen Deposits
Can I get a loan (overdraft) against a Yen time deposit?
Yes. In the case where the amount requested for withdrawal or the direct debit payment exceeds the funds available in yen savings account, the excess amount is automatically withdrawn against the time deposit.
Credit Limit shall be either 90% of the Time Deposit (placed as Security) or 5,000,000 yen. The lower amount will be the credit limit.
