No maximum limit for the amount of a Time Deposit account. However, when the Yen amount to be converted to the forein currency to set up Time Deposit in foren currency, there is a maximum and minimum amount in using Internet Online Banking.

< Maximum amount >
Weekdays: Amount equivalent to JPY 5,000,000
Weekends & Holidays*: Amount equivalent to JPY 2,000,000

< Minimum >
Amount equivalent to 1,000 JPY or 10 basic currency units.

*"Weekends & Holidays" refers to the days in which the Foreign exchange market is closed.
