Cannot log in to Internet banking (PowerDirect)

What should I do if I cannot login to PowerDirect(Internet banking)?

There may be an error in the entry of your "Branch Number/Account Number" or "PowerDirect Password."

・Branch Number/Account Number: The 10-digit number printed on your cash card
・PowerDirect Password:
First-time login: Your date of birth in 8-digit format (YYYYMMDD)
From the second login onward: A 6- to 12-character alphanumeric password that you set after your initial login

If you have forgotten your PowerDirect Password or are unable to log in, please reset your password using the "Reset PowerDirect Password" screen below.
* Even if your account is locked, you will be able to log in again after resetting your password.
* Please use the newly reset PowerDirect Password for your next login.
