Cannot transfer funds using internet banking

I can't make a transfer on my Internet banking account.

When habitability cannot be proven, restrictions will be placed on your account. For example, if a letter sent to your registered address is returned to us, or if we are unable to confirm the account holder’s registered address or valid period of stay, partial restrictions may be applied.
