Paying bills

Can I pay bills from my account?
Yes, you can.
You are able to pay the bills either by making fund transfers online or setting up automatic withdrawals.

·Pay by Fund Transfer
1. Log in to Power Direct(Internet banking) and proceed to the transfers menu once you receive your bill.
2. Enter the appropriate account information for the company that issued the bill and the amount shown on your bill.
3. Each month, simply log in and make the payment when you receive your bill.

·Pay by automatic withdrawal
Automatic withdrawal is the convenient way to pay utility bills.
You can arrange to have bills automatically paid out of your bank account.
To set this up, please follow the steps below:
1. Obtain an application form from the company.
2. Provide your PowerFlex account information on the application form and return it to the company.
*It usually takes about a month for the application to be processed.
3. Once the automatic withdrawal procedure is completed, you will receive a notification from the company.
4. Future bills will be processed automatically, so you won’t have to make transfers every month.
