You will be able to reissue your cash card with the Procedure Request Form.
※If you have lost your cash card or wish to change the color of your cash card, please contact us using the Call Back Reservation Form.

(1) The request will only be accepted by the account holder.
(2) The information entered by the customer matches the information on record with SBI Shinsei Bank.
(3) The customer is over 18 years old.

※If you have changed and have not updated your postal address, please make your request after your address has been updated. Please confirm herefor details.
Customers who have made request(s) for various reissues before the completion of their address update, it will be deemed ineligible for processing.
