PowerFlex Overseas Remittance (Incoming Transfer)
After the remittance has been made, it takes approximately 1 week for funds to arrive. This time may differ depending on the currency and/or the country the funds are being sent from.
In accordance with measures to prevent money laundering, supply of funds to terrorists, etc., when funds are received from overseas we may contact customers to confirm details regarding the nature of the remittance and/or request additional evidential documentation before depositing funds to customers’ accounts.
※Please contact here if you have not received your money after one week from the remittance.
You will not receive the money immediately even if you visit our branches.
