Regarding documentation required for sending money overseas. What document(s) do I need to provide to confirm the validity of the purpose of remittance?

| Living Expense for family or acquaintance | An official document showing the sender's relationship to the beneficiary. *If the beneficiary is not a relative (acquaintance, etc.) and therefore official documents showing the relationship cannot be provided, please provide a copy of the beneficiary's ID (passport, etc.) |
| Donation or Gift (Personal) | An official document showing the sender's relationship to the beneficiary. *If the beneficiary is not a relative (acquaintance, etc.) and therefore official documents showing the relationship cannot be provided, please provide a copy of the beneficiary's ID (passport, etc.) |
| School Expense/Expense for studying abroad | An invoice or payment slip for education fees. |
| Payment for goods | An invoice or bill, etc. |
| Transfer to own account | A document that shows the state of the beneficiary account such as a statement showing the recent 6 months of account activity. *If you have plans to move funds from the beneficiary account (within approximately 1 month), please provide the purpose of the transfer. |
| Investment/Savings | A document showing details of the investment company and investment product, a document showing the details of the savings account (pamphlets, account statements, etc.) |
| Travel Expense | Itinerary (schedule) issued by a travel agency or airline company. Or invoice confirming the accommodation fee and airfare (required). |
| Real Estate Purchase | A contract of purchase/sale, etc. |
| Loan Repayment | A promissory note, loan repayment statement, etc. |
| Medical Expense | A medical certificate or invoice issued by the medical institution |
