SBI Shinsei Bank accounts do not provide passbooks. If you are asked to submit a passbook, please provide one of the following documents according to your purpose:
・For verifying your account number, branch number, and account holder name
Submit a copy of your cash card.
Cash cards issued before 2022 display the former name “Shinsei Bank.” If such a card cannot be accepted as proof, please submit a Transaction Report or another supporting document.
・For verifying your account balance
Submit a Transaction Report or a Balance Certificate.
You may also print out a「Monthly Statement」or view your 「Account Activity」 via PowerDirect (Internet banking).
