【GoRemit Overseas Remittance Service】What should I do if I don't know my GoRemit Customer Number?

Individual customers using the GoRemit app can confirm their customer number by opening the “Menu” (the 3 bars located on the upper left corner of the page) and selecting "GoRemit Customer Number".

Business (Corporate/Self-Employed) customers or individual customers not using the GoRemit app can confirm their GoRemit Customer Number on the following documents:
・GoRemit Registration Letter
・Beneficiary Registration Letter
・Advice of Transfer

If you have lost these letters, we will reissue them for you.
