I cannot register my PIN because I have not used PowerDirect (Internet Banking) since opening my account.

If you have not used PowerDirect since opening your account, you can receive your PIN by mail.
Please request the delivery of your PIN using the form below.
Procedure Request Form

After submitting your request, a system-generated PIN will be sent to your registered address within approximately one week.
Please note that you can change your PIN at any time by phone.
