We can issue a bank certificate in either English or Japanese and send it to your registered postal address by postal mail within approximately one week.

If you simply wish to confirm your account balance and/or transaction details, you can print out your monthly statements free of charge via PowerDirect (Internet banking).

●Fee:
1100 yen(including tax) for one copy

●How to Apply:
Please apply via the Procedure Request Form.

●Processing Time:
The bank certificate will be issued within approximately one week.

・Savings accounts
・PowerYokin
・Time Deposits
・Structured deposits
・Foreign currency balances (recorded in their respective currencies)

Excluded Products:
・Home Mortgages
・MONEX Intermediary Service Account Products
・SBI Securities Intermediary Service Account Products
・Insurance products
