The Power Direct password is a 6 to 12 character alphanumeric password chosen by the customer when accessing Power Direct (internet banking) account. Please note the Power Direct password is case sensitive.
The default Power Direct password when accessing your account the first time is your date of birth (YYYYMMDD).
