At approximately midnight on the first day of each month, the number of free transactions available under the customer’s applicable stage will be reset.
Please bear in mind, the date on which a transfer is initiated via PowerDirect(Internet Banking) is used for transaction counting purposes.
Example: If a transfer is initiated on the last Sunday of January and the transaction is processed on Monday, February 1st, it will be counted as part of January’s transactions.
■ Additional Notes
If a transfer fails due to incorrect account information and the funds are returned (reversed) by the beneficiary financial institution, the transaction will still be counted as 1 transfer.
If the transfer status screen in PowerDirect displays “Cancelable” and the transaction is successfully canceled, resulting in a “Canceled” status, it will not be counted.
Unused free transactions cannot be carried over to the following month.
