How can I cancel a transfer?

Once a transfer has been completed, it cannot be canceled by the customer.

However, it is possible to request a refund through a procedure called "Kumimodoshi" (fund recovery request).

※ Kumimodoshi is a process in which a refund is requested via the beneficiary's financial institution for funds that were mistakenly transferred.
Please note that a refund is not guaranteed, as it requires the beneficiary's consent.
