【For customers wishing to cancel a Scheduled Transfer or Recurring Automatic Transfer】
A scheduled transfer or recurring automatic transfer may be cancelled up until the day preceding the scheduled execution date.

【If a Scheduled Transfer or Recurring Automatic Transfer has already been executed,
　or if a Regular fund transfer has been completed】
Once a transfer has been completed, it cannot be canceled by the customer.

However, it is possible to request a refund through a procedure called "Kumimodoshi" (fund recovery request).

※ Kumimodoshi is a process in which a refund is requested via the beneficiary's financial institution for funds that were mistakenly transferred.
Please note that a refund is not guaranteed, as it requires the beneficiary's consent.
