Details

For what time period can I request details of debit and credit transactions?

You can check your debit and credit entries on PowerDirect (Internet banking).
After logging in, click on the 'Account Activity' option under the 'TOP' tab.
The latest 10 transactions are available for immediate viewing.
To confirm transactions within a specific timeframe, enter the relevant period on the screen. For account activities older than 2 years, please refer to "Monthly Statement".
