I have changed my PIN. When will the new PIN be active?

If you changed your PIN by phone, the time it takes for your new PIN to be reflected in PowerDirect (Internet Banking) and at ATMs is as follows:

・If the PIN is changed between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM:
PowerDirect: Reflected immediately
ATM: Approximately 30 minutes

・If the PIN is changed between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM:
PowerDirect: Reflected immediately
ATM: Around 8:00 AM
