What should I do if I cannot login to Power Direct (internet banking)?

If you cannot login, you may have entered your "Account number" (3 digit branch number・7 digit account number), and/or "Power Direct password" incorrectly.

Please enter your your "Account number" (3 digit branch number・7 digit account number) as embossed on your cash card.

If you have forgotten your "Power Direct password", please enter your "Account number" (3 digit branch number・7 digit account number) and "Power Direct password" on the "Reset Power Direct password" screen to reset your password.
In addition,  if you are locked out and cannot login, you will be able to login by resetting your password.
※Please use the reset Power Direct password when you login next time.
