Each stage offers a range of exclusive benefits, including preferential foreign exchange rates for our “Silver” or higher customers.

New Account Holders: After opening an account, the “Platinum” stage and services will be automatically applied for the first six months (including the initial month). However, please note that the preferential handling charge for home mortgages will not be applied to new account holders.

Customers under the age of 28 will be eligible for the Platinum Stage during the month of account opening and the subsequent month. From the third month after account opening, the Diamond Stage will be applied. This Diamond Stage status will continue until the month following their 29th birthday.
