Yes, you may pay the bills either through online fund transfers or by arranging automatic withdrawals.

■Pay by Fund Transfer
1. Log in to Power Direct(Internet banking) and proceed to the “Transfers” menu.
2. Enter the bank account information for the company that issued the bill, along with the amount shown on your bill
3. Each month, simply log in and make the payment when you receive your bill.

■Pay by automatic withdrawal
Automatic withdrawal is a convenient way to pay utility bills.
You can arrange to have bills automatically paid out of your bank account.

To set this up, please follow the steps below:
1. Obtain an application form from the company.
2. Provide your PowerFlex account information on the application form and return it to the company.
*It usually takes about a month for the application to be processed.
3. Once the automatic withdrawal procedure is completed, you will receive a notification from the company.
4. Future bills will be processed automatically, so you won’t have to make transfers every month.
