Yen time deposits and 2 Weeks Maturity Deposits can be cancelled before the maturity date.

●Using PC●
After logging in, click on “Yen Deposit” tab (located on the upper left hand corner of the page) => “Statements and Procedures” from “Yen Time Deposit” or "2 Weeks Maturity Deposit" and select "Redemption" for the time deposit you wish to cancel. On the next screen, enter your PIN, and click on "Submit" after confirming the transaction details.

●Using smartphone ●
After logging in, tap on “Yen Deposit” => “Statements and Procedures” from “Yen Time Deposit” or "2 Weeks Maturity Deposit" select "Redemption" for the time deposit you wish to cancel. On the next screen, enter your PIN, and tap on "Submit" after confirming the transaction details.
