Restrictions are placed on your account in the afternoon of the expiration date of your period of stay (however, if the expiration date falls on a Saturday, Sunday, public holiday, or a day other than Bank business days, the afternoon of the previous business day).

We have sent a letter titled “Restriction of Transactions on Your Account” to our customers whose “Period of Stay” has expired. We will place restrictions on your account in 10 days after this letter has been sent. Please update your “Period of Stay” as soon as possible.

【Residence Card】How can I submit the renewed validity information of my Residence Card?

In addition, in event the letter for the "Confirmation of Your Period of Stay" is returned back to us, the same restrictions will be placed on your account. Please update your address as soon as possible.
